By booking a tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

1. Booking and Payment
Reservation: To reserve a spot on a GoNordica tour, a deposit of [insert amount or percentage] per person is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due [insert number] days before the departure date.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as specified at the time of booking.
Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once we receive the deposit and provide a confirmation email with your itinerary and booking details.

2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by Traveler

Cancellation Notice: To cancel your booking, you must provide written notice to GoNordica via email at info@gonordica.com. The cancellation is effective on the date we receive your email.
Cancellation Fees: The following cancellation fees apply based on the time of cancellation prior to the departure date:
More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus a $150 per person administrative fee.
30 to 59 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost.
Less than 30 days before departure or no-show: No refund.
Partial Refunds: If cancellation occurs after the final payment has been made, any non-recoverable costs incurred by GoNordica on your behalf (such as non-refundable deposits, accommodation, or activities) will be deducted from your refund.
Cancellation by GoNordica

Tour Cancellation: GoNordica reserves the right to cancel a tour due to insufficient bookings, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you at least 30 days before the departure date.
Refund Options: If we cancel the tour, you will have the option to:
Receive a full refund of all amounts paid, or
Transfer to an alternative tour or date if available, at no additional cost.
Alternative Arrangements: If a significant change is made to the tour itinerary or dates, you may choose to accept the revised itinerary or cancel with a full refund.
3. Changes to Itinerary
Alterations: GoNordica reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, including accommodation and activities, due to unforeseen circumstances, operational needs, or other factors beyond our control. We will inform you of any significant changes as soon as possible.

4. Travel Insurance
Insurance Requirement: Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. It should cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other travel-related issues. GoNordica is not responsible for any costs related to travel disruptions or emergencies.

5. Health and Safety
Health Requirements: Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet any health requirements and vaccinations needed for travel. Please consult your doctor before traveling.
Safety: GoNordica prioritizes the safety of its travelers. We follow all local and international safety guidelines and regulations. However, travelers are responsible for their own safety during the tour.

6. Responsibilities and Conduct
Traveler Conduct: Travelers are expected to behave in a respectful manner toward fellow participants, local guides, and residents. GoNordica reserves the right to remove any traveler from the tour if their behavior is deemed disruptive or harmful to others.
Personal Belongings: GoNordica is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Travelers are advised to keep their valuables secure.

7. Liability
Limitation of Liability: GoNordica is not liable for any personal injury, illness, loss, or damage incurred during the tour, except as required by law. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the tour.

8. Force Majeure
Unforeseen Events: GoNordica is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or alterations to the tour caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or strikes.

9. Data Protection
Personal Information: We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking with us, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for tour-related purposes.

10. Governing Law
Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
